Over the past year, through the implementation of activities within the project “We Decide!”, we have contributed to improving public perception of the importance of gender equality and women’s participation in decision-making processes in political and public life.
We would like to thank all partners and representatives of institutions and organizations for their cooperation, and especially the young women who actively participated in our activities.
Over the course of twelve months, we successfully:
- Created the campaign “WE Decide!”
- Developed a comprehensive Analysis of the current situation and the effectiveness of implementing the strategic framework in the field of gender equality
- Organized the Academy “We Decide!” focused on women’s rights
- Produced video content on the position of women in Montenegro, women’s participation in political and public life, their role in decision-making processes, the economic position of women in Montenegro, and the career development path of young women
- Organized the Women’s Rights Forum “We Decide!”
- Developed recommendations for improving women’s rights “We Decide!”
- Continuously conducted the media campaign “We Decide!”
In 2024, you can expect numerous activities from the MASTER team aimed at empowering women for active participation, because we must believe that we are destined for something great—and that we must achieve it.
