MASTER successfully implemented the project “Multicultural Harmony for the Future!”

We are very pleased that, through the implementation of this project, we have promoted the spirit of tolerance, intercultural dialogue, and mutual respect and understanding, alongside strengthening intercultural cooperation and reducing ethnic distance.

Additionally, one of the project’s goals was to establish an effective system for monitoring the realization of the rights of minority peoples and other minority national communities in Montenegro.

Through the project “Multicultural Harmony for the Future,” supported by the Ministry of Human and Minority Rights, over the course of one year we have successfully:

  • Developed a recognizable campaign for the project “Multicultural Harmony for the Future”
  • Conducted a national research study on the participation of minority peoples and other minority national communities in decision-making processes
  • Produced a report on the implementation of international and national regulations in this field, in line with European practice
  • Organized a three-month Academy of Multiculturalism with over 30 participants
  • Defined recommendations for relevant institutions on strengthening minority participation in public life
  • Created and distributed the publication “Multicultural Harmony for the Future”
  • Held information days
  • Continuously carried out the media campaign “Multicultural Harmony for the Future”

We would like to thank all citizens for their active participation in the project, as well as the institutions and organizations that have recognized our work in promoting intercultural cooperation and reducing ethnic distance.

This year brings numerous activities aimed at promoting minority rights—stay tuned, as the MASTER team will continue to promote democratic and European values in Montenegro.
