Business Development and the Initial Steps in Entrepreneurship

MASTER has successfully implemented the second workshop for young entrepreneurs within the project “Aj rabotaj – Let’s Go to the EU!”

The workshop began with a screening of a film by the Union of Young Entrepreneurs, followed by a discussion on what was required to start a business five years ago compared to what is needed today.

Through this session, participants were introduced to the initial steps in business development and idea creation.

The distinguished lecturer, Uroš Bulatović, particularly emphasized the importance of defining the key steps for business development.

Through interactive work, participants gained insight into the proper sequence for developing a business so it can move in the desired direction, as well as the potential obstacles they may encounter.

Young entrepreneurs showed particular interest in the topic of identifying resources in line with their business ideas.

Through a very dynamic workshop, the lecturer also explained key concepts such as profit, reinvestment, the importance of the sales sector, and when it is necessary to delegate certain tasks.

At the end, participants discussed potential challenges and advantages of starting a business, and how they would address situations they might encounter in practice.

Next Wednesday, we continue enhancing the skills of young entrepreneurs—because WE WORK.

Get to work too—let’s go to the EU!

The project “Aj rabotaj – Let’s Go to the EU!” is supported within the ReLOaD2 programme, funded by the European Union and implemented by UNDP in partnership with 14 local governments in Montenegro, including the Central Region Cluster (Podgorica, Cetinje, Danilovgrad, and Zeta).

The content of the workshops is the sole responsibility of the Network for European Policies – MASTER.
