The MASTER team successfully conducted the twelfth workshop for young entrepreneurs within the project “Aj rabotaj – let’s go to the EU!” at the Youth Center in Podgorica @omladinskiservisi_cg.
Our esteemed lecturers, Uroš Bulatović from the Young Entrepreneurs Union @unijamladihpreduzetnika and Igor Goranović @gconsultingpg, together with young entrepreneurs, reflected on the past three months of intensive work during our workshops.
Action, vision, and passion are the core elements of every entrepreneurial venture.
We discussed the beginnings of entrepreneurship, identifying and assessing opportunities, developing business plans, securing necessary resources, and managing an organization. We also explored topics such as opportunity creation, risks, and competition.
Entrepreneurship was discussed as a field that requires a wide range of skills and competencies, including market knowledge, understanding of technology, products and services, planning and goal setting, the ability to react quickly and make decisions, management and negotiation skills, as well as branding.
Special attention was given to financial support for starting a business, the prerequisites for applying for credit funds, as well as the legal and regulatory obligations of entrepreneurs.
The lecturers emphasized that an entrepreneur is an innovator who possesses the skills and initiative necessary to anticipate future needs and bring new ideas to the market.
During this session, we also watched video materials recorded throughout the workshops, and it was yet another great opportunity for exchanging ideas, where we concluded that it is important to keep working.
Young entrepreneurs expressed great satisfaction with the mentoring and knowledge gained during this period, with the belief that we will be the ones to drive the economy of our country forward.
