MASTER Team – “I Have a Right!” in Nikšić

As part of the ongoing project “I Have a Right!”, the MASTER team held its second workshop last night at a full Youth Club in Nikšić @omladinskiservisi_cg, dedicated to promoting human rights among young people in Montenegro.

Through more than two hours of dynamic discussion, young people from Nikšić, under the mentorship of Duška Šljivančanin, Advisor to the Ombudsman for Children’s Rights, and with the support of young activist Aleksandra Božović, explored the concept of human rights, emphasizing their universality and the importance of their respect and protection worldwide.

Together with Aleksandra Božović, who had previously undergone training in the field of human rights, participants engaged in interactive activities to identify their rights and discuss strategies for exercising them.

At the end of the workshop, participants focused on the obstacles they face in realizing their rights and worked together to develop strategies to overcome them.

During the session, young people highlighted numerous issues within their community, as well as potential solutions.

The MASTER team will continue to support young people in becoming active citizens and contributing to positive social change.

The next workshop will be held on Tuesday at the Youth Club in Danilovgrad, and interested participants can apply through our website and social media channels.
