For EmpoweRED Women Only
Dear EmpoweRED,
If you want to take on a leading role in public life, apply for the workshops implemented by MASTER in Podgorica, Plav, Kolašin, Mojkovac, and Berane as part of the project “EmpoweRED for Participation in Public Life.”

The free workshops will be held in five Montenegrin cities (Podgorica, Plav, Kolašin, Mojkovac, Berane) at the beginning of April.
The call is open to all ambitious young women (aged 18–35) who want to learn more about reducing gender-based discrimination by improving public awareness of the importance of gender equality and women’s participation in decision-making processes, while establishing a systematic approach to eliminating gender stereotypes and prejudices.
Through personal examples, trainers in the field of gender equality will introduce participants to topics such as: prejudice and stereotypes in society, discrimination, misogynistic speech, labour rights, inheritance rights, women’s participation in decision-making, fair distribution of household responsibilities, recognition of violence, and the role of women in decision-making.
In addition to enhancing knowledge and skills, the main goal of the workshops is to enable participants to network and gain the tools needed to recognise and eliminate gender stereotypes, empowering one another to claim their rights and equal opportunities.
We believe that by the end of these workshops, you will have a deeper understanding of the principle of gender equality, and together we will be EmpoweRED to take on leading roles in decision-making processes.
The application deadline is Friday, March 22. For any additional questions, you can contact our coordinators via email at ksenijaklikovac.master@gmail.com or ksenijadjalovic.master@gmail.com.
We’re waiting for your application!
Join us – because we are EmpoweRED!
