MASTER promotes human rights across Montenegro.

A representative of MASTER, Milutin Vuković, appeared on the show “60 minuta,” hosted by @nina_bosch93 on TV Prva @prvatv.me, where he spoke about the activities of the project “I Have a Right!”

More specifically, Vuković announced workshops on human rights, which began last week in Podgorica and will, throughout April and in cooperation with Youth Centres, be held across Montenegro.

He emphasized that these workshops are a continuation of the project, which initially started with training sessions for administrators of youth services in Montenegro in the field of human rights.

Young people and youth service administrators are now acting as assistant trainers and educators in the workshops, covering topics such as youth rights, gender equality, stereotypes and prejudice, discrimination, and more.

The discussion also addressed the content of the Analysis and the Guide for Youth developed within the project, which aim to provide information on the protection of human rights and freedoms in Montenegro, highlight the most relevant institutions and organizations working in this field, outline their competencies, and present concrete mechanisms for achieving the protection of human rights and freedoms.

Finally, Vuković also announced the remaining activities within the project “I Have a Right!”, which, as a reminder, primarily aims to improve the respect for and protection of human rights in Montenegrin society, with a particular focus on young people.

In line with this, we believe that every positive change starts with young people, and that their proper guidance can lead to a better and more inclusive society.
