Research on the Transparency of Public Administration Work

Dear citizens,

The Network for European Policies – MASTER is conducting a research study on the transparency and openness of public administration bodies as part of the project “Through Free Access to Information to Transparent Public Administration.”

You can complete the questionnaire at the following link:

Free access to information and the transparency of public administration are key elements of a democratic society. Citizens have the right to access information held by public authorities in order to stay informed about the work of their government and to participate in decision-making processes.

In this regard, in order to gather the necessary data, we kindly ask you to complete the questionnaire, as your responses will help us identify shortcomings and areas for improvement in the provision of information and the openness of public administration bodies towards citizens. This will enable us to provide concrete recommendations on how to enhance transparency and improve the functioning of digital services related to access to information.

The survey has been designed to include questions related to respondents’ opinions on the transparency of public authorities, the Law on Free Access to Information, satisfaction with responses received to submitted requests, as well as experiences regarding the duration of procedures and the functionality of official websites.

We believe that together we can improve the work of public institutions, and we thank you in advance for taking the time to complete the questionnaire.
