The MASTER team held another workshop yesterday as part of the Academy “Youth Activism Towards the EU!”, this time focused on the topic of “Project Management.”
MASTER’s Andrea Popović shared her experience and knowledge with participants in project writing and implementation.
Through an interactive workshop, we discussed the key aspects of the project cycle and how to develop ideas and implement them effectively.
During the session, special attention was given to the project writing process, exploring the steps, templates, and key elements that make a successful application.
Participants had the opportunity to present their ideas, and together we further developed them, creating space for creativity and the exchange of experiences.
We also discussed the challenges we may face, as well as the advantages that project management brings on the path to success.
Project management, as one of the key aspects of activism, can significantly contribute to faster EU membership.
We will continue in the coming days with developing the skills of young people, as we believe that youth activism will ensure a better future.
