Human trafficking represents one of the most difficult and complex global problems of modern society. It affects millions of people around the world and knows no borders – but there is a way to fight it.Knowledge, awareness and solidarity are the strongest weapons in this fight.
For this reason, in the previous weeks, the Network for European Policies – MASTER conducted a series of educational workshops within the project “Campaign for Freedom” in Tivat, Kotor, Podgorica, Zeta and Konik. The goal of the workshops was to bring the problem of human trafficking closer to young people, to learn how to recognize it, report it and help protect the victims of this serious crime.

During the workshops, the participants had the opportunity to watch the documentary film Campaign for Freedom, filmed as part of this project, which shows the different forms and consequences of human trafficking. The film was an occasion for open discussions and an exchange of opinions about how this problem manifests itself in our society and how each individual can contribute to its suppression.

The workshops brought together a large number of young people who showed that they have the awareness, strength and desire to be part of the solution.Through interactive conversations and joint work, young people developed critical thinking, empathy and a sense of responsibility towards the community.
The MASTER team believes that the fight against human trafficking begins with education and that only by working together can we build a society where freedom is a fundamental value, not a privilege.

Together we are building a future where every person feels safe, respected and free – because freedom has no price.
The “Campaign for Freedom” project is implemented by the Network for European Policies – MASTER, with the support of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Montenegro.
