The Network for European Policies – MASTER, with the support of the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation, is implementing the project “InovAkcija – From Idea to Innovation”, with the aim of strengthening the capacities of young people in the field of social entrepreneurship and encouraging the development of innovative solutions to concrete problems in local communities across Montenegro.

The project is intended for young people aged 18 to 30 from Montenegro who are interested in socially responsible entrepreneurship, innovation, and active participation in the development of their communities. Participation in the project is free of charge, and accommodation, transportation, and meals during project activities are fully covered.
The program consists of two interconnected modules.
The first activity is a Retreat Camp for young (potential) innovators and entrepreneurs, which will be held from February 24 to 26, 2026, at Hotel Mediteran in Bečići. This three-day camp is designed as an intensive educational and motivational format, where participants will work on identifying social problems, developing initial ideas, teamwork, and the basics of social business models, with the support of mentors and experts from relevant fields.

The second activity is the Social Entrepreneurship Academy “InovAkcija”, which will take place in Podgorica through 12 thematically connected workshops over a period of three months. During the Academy, participants will further develop their ideas with mentorship and expert support, work on sustainable business models, plan social impact, improve presentation skills, and network with representatives of institutions, as well as the private and civil sectors.
The final stage of the project includes a pitch event, where teams will present their ideas to an expert jury. The best idea will be awarded a cash prize of €500, along with additional mentorship support and media promotion.
Applications for participation are open until Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at 23:59, via the online application form: https://forms.gle/ixYZ3FrUcqxzpQZP6
