MASTER Team in Plav
The MASTER team held the workshop “I Have the Right!” in Plav, led by the OK Plav administrator Ognjen Bošković and Duška Šljivančanin, representing the Protector of Human Rights and Freedoms – the Ombudsman.
Educating young people about their rights across Montenegro, with a special focus on the northern municipalities, is highly important so that youth can better understand their guaranteed rights.
During the workshop, we identified issues faced by young people that they themselves recognized in their municipality, in order to make joint efforts to address them and to remind decision-makers of their responsibilities.
The lecturers paid special attention to discussions on respecting differences, given the challenges young people face on a daily basis.
One of the most pressing issues identified in their town is unemployment, and participants believe that this problem should receive particular attention so that young people would remain in the north of Montenegro.
MASTER remains committed to supporting young people from the north of Montenegro—because we HAVE the right.
