Education on Entrepreneurs’ Legal Obligations – A Path to a Successful Business

The MASTER team held the eighth workshop yesterday at the Youth Center in Podgorica as part of the project “Aj rabotaj – let’s go to the EU!”

The lecturer, Igor Goranović @gconsultingpg, focused this session on the legal and regulatory obligations of entrepreneurs.

Through numerous practical examples, he explained the entire registration process—from submitting an application to the CRPS (Central Registry of Business Entities) to the final step in company registration.

Using an interactive approach with young entrepreneurs, he also outlined the key differences between a Limited Liability Company and other forms of business entities, as well as misdemeanor and criminal provisions related to running a private business.

Participants had the opportunity to learn how to approach business registration strategically in order to develop their ventures in the most effective way.

MASTER has reserved Wednesday evenings at the Youth Center for getting things done!

The project “Aj rabotaj – let’s go to the EU!” is supported within the @reload_westernbalkans programme, funded by the European Union @evropska_kuca, and implemented by UNDP @undpmontenegro in partnership with 14 local governments in Montenegro, including the Central Region Cluster (Podgorica, Cetinje, Danilovgrad, and Zeta). @glavni_grad_podgorica
