Participants had the opportunity to learn about the importance of volunteering, active citizenship and ways to get involved in local initiatives through interactive work and team-based tasks.
During the workshops, participants discussed the importance of communication, team spirit, and the development of personal and professional skills that can help young people take a more active role in their communities.
Through practical tasks, young people developed ideas, solved challenges and explored concrete ways in which they can contribute to positive changes in their surroundings. Their motivation, creativity and willingness to cooperate represent a strong incentive for the further development of volunteering activities.
The project “Volunteer – Make a Change” is being realised with the support of the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Dialogue.
