The MASTER team successfully held the fourth workshop for young entrepreneurs, “Aj rabotaj – let’s go to the EU!”, last night.
The workshop began with a discussion on the importance of ideas in developing a marketing plan, understanding customers, defining target groups, identifying distribution channels, and the importance of user feedback.
The distinguished lecturer, Uroš Bulatović, placed particular emphasis on brand strategy, the importance of promotion and networking, as well as defining the ideal customer.
The workshop continued with a practical exercise, where participants were tasked with identifying a community problem and defining a target group for their business.
By engaging directly with citizens on the spot, participants practiced negotiation skills and learned the importance of gathering relevant information.
At the end, they presented the results of their work, as well as the challenges they encountered while speaking with fellow citizens.
The project “Aj rabotaj – let’s go to the EU!” is supported within the ReLOaD2 @reload_westernbalkans programme, funded by the European Union and implemented by UNDP in partnership with 14 local governments in Montenegro, including the Central Region Cluster (Podgorica, Cetinje, Danilovgrad, and Zeta).
The content of the workshops is the sole responsibility of the Network for European Policies – MASTER.
