The goal of this programme is to increase the employability of NEET youth through a specialised career guidance process.
This programme is designed to empower young people by equipping them with key skills, making them more competitive in the labour market and contributing to economic inclusion.
Through a carefully designed career guidance programme, participants will have the opportunity to learn from trainers from @okta_org, @ivanovic_lidija and @simvoj_ivana, as well as from our mentors @andrea_popovic_ and @majasundic.
In addition to career guidance, participants will go through courses in soft skills, digital skills, and entrepreneurship—building a strong foundation for success!
