During the past months, within the project “Voice of Youth – The Power of a Generation,” we successfully conducted a series of educational workshops intended for young people from various municipalities across Montenegro. The workshops were held in Podgorica, Zeta, Plav, Petnjica, Kotor, Danilovgrad, and Nikšić, bringing together motivated young individuals eager to learn, grow, and actively contribute to the development of their communities.

Through dynamic and interactive activities, participants had the opportunity to:
🔹 gain knowledge about civic activism and the role of youth in social processes,
🔹 learn how they can participate in decision-making at the local and national levels,
🔹 discuss the challenges and opportunities young people face today,
🔹 develop personal skills, ideas, and initiatives that empower them to become leaders of their generation.
What particularly marked these workshops was the energy of the participants—their openness, willingness to engage in discussion, share their views, and create concrete solutions and recommendations. The young people demonstrated that they have a clear vision and a strong desire to drive positive social change when given the space to do so.
The project “Voice of Youth – The Power of a Generation” once again confirms that young people, with adequate support and knowledge, can achieve outstanding results. That is why it is essential to continuously listen to them, involve them, and work together to build a society that responds to their needs, ambitions, and potential.
