The MASTER team has launched another important activity within the project “I Choose Life!”
The camp began in a spirit of unity and motivation, with the participation of young people determined to actively contribute to the fight against addiction and the promotion of healthy lifestyles.
In the introductory part, Ksenija Klikovac from the Network for European Policies – MASTER presented the project’s goals and activities, as well as preliminary research findings, laying the foundation for a deeper understanding of addiction and the importance of prevention.
Psychologist and psychotherapist Ida Marković delivered a professional lecture titled “From Curiosity to Addiction: Mechanisms of Development and Pathways of Prevention,” encouraging participants to reflect and engage in open discussions about the causes and consequences of addiction.
Later in the day, during the workshop “Youth Against Addiction: The Role of Community and the Individual,” Katarina Radović from the MASTER team led a discussion on how young people can become key actors in creating healthier and more supportive communities.
The first day took place in an atmosphere of trust, learning, and mutual support. Participants showed remarkable commitment and readiness to become drivers of positive change.
The “I Choose Life” Camp is implemented with the support of the Ministry of Health of Montenegro (@ministarstvo_zdravlja_cg) and organized by the Network for European Policies – MASTER.
Together, we are building a society where health and support have no alternative!
