The training for youth administrators has been successfully completed.

The third and final day of the training took place in the spirit of applying the knowledge gained and jointly creating solutions.

Participants, through group presentations on the topic “Mapping and solving youth issues in local communities,” presented key challenges from their environments, as well as concrete ideas for improving local youth policies.

The following issues were analyzed:

  • insufficient information among young people,
  • limited opportunities for participation in decision-making,
  • the need for stronger infrastructure and support for youth centres.

Proposed solutions included:

  • more active involvement of young people in local working groups,
  • development of campaigns for better information and motivation,
  • cross-sector cooperation and stronger support for community-based projects.

After the presentations, joint conclusions, recommendations, and an evaluation of the training followed.

Participants shared their impressions, emphasizing that the training provided them with concrete tools, applicable knowledge, and inspiration for further work with young people.

The three-day training is not the end, but a strong impulse for further work and development of youth policy in Montenegro.

MASTER continues to empower young people through a series of activities.
