The project “Uključi.me – Inclusion in Practice” is supported by the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation of Montenegro.
📚 The training brought together 25 teachers and educational support professionals from primary and secondary schools, with the aim of strengthening their knowledge and skills in creating an inclusive learning environment.
The programme was led by Irena Rakočević through interactive workshops and the exchange of experiences on topics including:
🔹 the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
🔹 Universal Design for Learning (UDL)
🔹 adapting teaching methods to meet diverse student needs
🔹 strengthening cooperation between schools, families, and local communities
The training was developed based on research conducted by MASTER among 261 teachers and educational support professionals across Montenegro, highlighting the importance of continuous support for education practitioners.
