The second day of the “I Choose Life” Camp was dedicated to strengthening psychological resilience and developing concrete skills for the prevention of addiction!
The day began with an inspiring lecture by psychologist and psychotherapist Ida Marković on the topic: “Mental Health as a Protective Factor: How to Strengthen Psychological Resilience in Young People,” which provided participants with valuable insights into the importance of mental stability in the modern age.
This was followed by the workshop “Life Skills Against Addiction,” led by Ida Marković and Ksenija Klikovac from MASTER. Through open dialogue and collaborative work, participants defined key steps toward building healthier and more resilient communities.
The final part of the day was dedicated to evaluation and reflection, where participants shared their personal impressions, exchanged ideas, and once again confirmed their readiness to be active drivers of positive change.
The camp concluded with a powerful message: change begins with the individual, but is achieved through community and continuous support.
The “I Choose Life” Camp was implemented with the support of the Ministry of Health of Montenegro (@ministarstvo_zdravlja_cg).
