Our Vision

“The Network for European Policies – MASTER” is a Montenegrin non-profit organisation, founded out of the desire of a group of ambitious young people to promote European values in Montenegro, with a focus on fostering the country’s more efficient development in all areas in line with European policies, all with the aim of ensuring the prosperity of our citizens and developing the value system on which the European Union is founded.

The objectives of the association are:

Implementing European policies and promoting European values in Montenegro.
Advocating for Montenegro’s development in all areas in line with European policies, with the aim of ensuring the prosperity of its citizens.
Advocating for the strengthening of the rule of law, respect for human and minority rights, public administration reform, the development of democratic institutions, and the development of civil society in Montenegro in accordance with European standards.
Monitoring, preparing compliance analyses, and providing recommendations for harmonising domestic legislation with European Union standards and regulations.
Improving and promoting social and healthcare protection, employment, science, education, culture, and environmental protection in accordance with European standards.
Advancing scientific research, technological, academic, and economic development in Montenegro in accordance with European standards.
Advocating for the high-quality drafting and implementation of public policies in line with European standards.
Cooperating with related organisations, as well as with institutions, in order to implement European policies.

The activities of the association are:

Organising and implementing educational, research, informational, humanitarian, promotional, innovative, and cultural events, round tables, conferences, workshops, and advisory services (consultations, comments on documents, preparation of situational analyses and reports, practical policy proposals, and various types of presentations) (hereinafter: activities).
Implementing national and international activities in the field of European and Euro-Atlantic integration, judiciary and fundamental rights, justice, freedom, and security, in cooperation with the competent state institutions.
Implementing national and international activities aimed at improving public awareness and education on the rule of law, with a focus on strengthening the efficiency and independence of the judiciary, combating corruption and organised crime, promoting non-discrimination, and reforming public administration, in cooperation with the competent state institutions.
Implementing national and international activities in the field of protecting and promoting human and minority rights, gender equality, and the rights of persons with disabilities, in cooperation with the competent state institutions.
Implementing national and international activities in the field of economic and business development, social policies, consumer protection, employment, entrepreneurship, agriculture, and rural development, in cooperation with the competent state institutions.
Implementing national and international activities in the field of improving media work, media and digital literacy, and digitalisation, in cooperation with the competent state institutions.
Implementing national and international activities in the field of science and research, improving formal and non-formal education, entrepreneurial and lifelong learning, civic and inclusive education, in cooperation with the competent state institutions.
Implementing national and international activities in the field of social care for children and youth, youth policy development, volunteerism, culture, art, sport, and recreation, in cooperation with the competent state institutions.
Implementing national and international activities in the field of health, social and healthcare protection, environmental protection, road safety, and the promotion of the country as a tourist destination, in cooperation with the competent state institutions.
Implementing national and international activities in the field of energy and energy efficiency, sustainable development, and ecology, in cooperation with the competent state institutions.
Implementing national and international activities, with a special focus on the education and social inclusion of vulnerable groups: youth, children, women, national and religious minorities, Roma, persons with disabilities, and LGBTI persons, in cooperation with the competent state institutions.
