The MASTER team successfully held the seventh workshop within the Academy “Youth Activism Towards the EU!”
The workshop was conducted in a productive and engaging atmosphere, with the aim of enabling young participants to apply the knowledge and skills gained from previous sessions in developing a concrete project proposal, with active participation from all attendees.
In the first part of the workshop, the esteemed M.A. Andrea Popović @andrea_popovic_ spoke about EU policies, after which she guided participants through the process of developing a concrete project proposal related to youth and European integration.
This included an overview of key concepts and techniques related to project writing and management. We also mapped key areas and needs for project implementation based on the topics covered in previous workshops, particularly those concerning youth and EU integration.
In the second part of the workshop, participants were divided into smaller groups to work collaboratively on the assigned project proposal. Each group was tasked with developing a problem-solving strategy and creating a conceptual project plan.
We conclude that the workshop was highly successful, as participants effectively applied theory and previously acquired knowledge, which was reflected in the development of concrete project ideas.
We believe that this type of youth empowerment through initiative-building is extremely valuable and can ultimately lead to stronger youth influence in decision-making processes and public policy development.
The workshops are held as part of the project “Youth Activism Towards the EU!”, supported by the Capital City of Podgorica @glavni_grad_podgorica through the Public Call for the Funding of NGO Projects and Programmes for 2023.
