The MASTER team successfully held the seventh workshop for young entrepreneurs, “Aj rabotaj – let’s go to the EU!”, at @omladinskiservisi_cg.
Our esteemed lecturer, Igor Goranović, delivered a session on business ideas and business planning.
An important part of the workshop was dedicated to an introduction to business plan development and defining goals, activities, and required resources.
We discussed how a business plan helps set business priorities, identify internal challenges, and take advantage of market opportunities.
Through a practical exercise, participants learned what a unit of measure is, how to define it, and the importance of what we sell.
Special attention was also given to understanding loan installments, as well as the concepts of economic and financial flows.
The project “Aj rabotaj – let’s go to the EU!” is supported within the @reload_westernbalkans programme, funded by the European Union @evropska_kuca and implemented by UNDP @undpmontenegro in partnership with 14 local governments in Montenegro, including the Central Region Cluster (Podgorica, Cetinje, Danilovgrad, and Zeta). @glavni_grad_podgorica
