Become a Human Rights Ambassador in Montenegro
The Network for European Policies – MASTER is organizing the project “Harmony in Diversity – Our Montenegro”, aimed at young people who want to improve their knowledge of human and minority rights, discrimination prevention, and intercultural communication.
The project will be implemented through two modules, and participation requires attendance in both:
Module I: Participation in the three-day camp “Harmony in Diversity”
The camp will take place from February 13 to February 15 at Hotel Mediteran in Budva.
Module II: Visits to historical landmarks with a licensed guide
Planned visits include the following cities:
● Plav
● Bar
● Cetinje
The project is intended for young people from Montenegro, primarily members of minority peoples and other minority national communities, but also all young individuals who share the values of an open, inclusive, and democratic society.
The program includes interactive workshops and practical activities focused on developing communication skills, teamwork, and public advocacy, as well as designing small initiatives that participants can implement in their local communities.
Please note that the organizer covers the costs of accommodation, meals, and travel to the activity locations.

After the selection process, chosen participants will receive all necessary information and the agenda.
Applications are open until February 3.
We especially encourage applications from young people who have not previously participated in similar programs but are motivated to strengthen their capacities through interactive activities and contribute to building a more tolerant society, breaking down prejudices, and promoting respect for diversity. We also recommend applying as early as possible due to the limited number of spots.
Additionally, please note that young ambassadors will receive certificates of successful program completion at the final project conference in July.
