We ask you! – Who and how recognizes diplomas?

The Network for European Politics – MASTER, with the support of BIRN (Balkan Investigative Reporting Network) and the Civic Alliance, is implementing the project “Society Against Corruption in Montenegro and Western Balkans Region”.

As part of the project, we are preparing the first policy paper entitled “Who and how recognizes diplomas?”
The goal of this document is to, through the real experiences of young people, experts and the general public, get a realistic picture of the situation and challenges in the process of recognizing educational qualifications in Montenegro.

The process of diploma recognition is of great importance for the employment, mobility and development of young people, but at the same time it is often accompanied by unclear procedures, administrative obstacles and the occurrence of dubious diplomas. That is why it is necessary to hear your opinion.

Your experience, views and personal observations will be of utmost importance for the quality and credibility of our research.
That is why we kindly invite you to spare a few minutes and fill out an anonymous survey about the recognition of diplomas, the occurrence of fake diplomas and the perception of corruption in the education and employment system.

🎯 The objectives of the survey are:

understand the challenges in the process of nostrification and recognition of foreign diplomas,

map the occurrence of fake and suspicious diplomas,

to investigate the perception of corruption and political influence in the recognition process,

and propose solutions for a fairer, more transparent and more efficient system.

🔒 Your anonymity is guaranteed

All responses are processed exclusively for research purposes and will not be published individually or linked to the identity of the respondents.
