In this series, the MASTER team gathered young people, experts, activists and inspiring leaders from Montenegro to talk openly about their experiences, challenges and successes. Podcasts guide you through topics from local and European activism, through empowering young people to be involved in decision-making, to building democratic values.
The goal of the podcast was simple, but important: to give young people a voice, to bring their stories closer to a wider audience and to show that change begins when we take a bold step and get involved. Through this popular and accessible format, every listener can find inspiration to be part of the solution themselves.

In the second episode, Đorđe Stojović, a young Montenegrin entrepreneur and pilot, was a guest.
We talked about how traveling and openness to new experiences shaped his career, balancing between the pilot profession and running his own business, and about the messages he sends to young people to recognize their possibilities and boldly create their own opportunities.

In the third episode, we spoke with Sofia Kirsanov, a young activist, political science student and poet. We discussed who truly advocates for young people, how much
we provide space for young people to be active and how they can offer concrete solutions. The episode was a call to young people to stop waiting and to actively participate in the creation of society.
Episode 4 – Persistence and courage – the true qualities of a young leader

The fourth episode brought the story of Eldin Feratović, director of the Tourist Organization Plav. We talked about how commitment, work and perseverance can become a driving force
communities, especially through youth support and development initiatives. The episode showed how authentic leadership can inspire and empower a community, especially the youth.

Andrea Nikolić, Miss Montenegro, was a guest in the last episode. We talked about how the title can be a platform for change and motivation of other young people. Andrea emphasized the importance of space for young people in the media and education, stressing the importance of informal education in encouraging critical and free thinking. The episode is a call to young people to be visible, brave and active in society.
