In collaboration with @star.study.wb, MASTER students organized an incredibly inspiring STAR Forum last week, bringing together young people, employers, and institutional representatives to discuss one of the most important topics of today – the career development of young people in Montenegro.
Through two powerful panels, we opened an honest dialogue, exchanged experiences, and created a space where young voices are heard and their ambitions are empowered.
Panel I: Youth Perspectives on the Labor Market

Each of them spoke from their own perspective about the challenges, but also the opportunities that young people have today. Their stories reminded us that a career path does not have to be linear, but it must be empowered – by knowledge, support, and self-confidence.

The STAR Forum is more than an event. It is a movement of young people who want to be active builders of their future.
