Consumers – Are Your Rights Protected?

MASTER is conducting a research study in the field of consumer protection as part of the project “Educated Consumer – Protected Consumer!”

Access the survey here:
https://forms.gle/9ZaZWNaqxGc1zzpM9

Taking into account the interests and needs of consumers, and recognising that consumers often face imbalances in economic terms and in their knowledge of legally guaranteed rights, we aim to examine how well informed you are about your rights.

In this regard, in order to gather the necessary data, we kindly ask you to complete the questionnaire. Your responses will help us identify shortcomings and areas for improvement in the provision of information, and will enable us to present the findings to the relevant authorities and institutions dealing with consumer protection, with the aim of improving this field.

The survey has been designed so that the questions relate to respondents’ awareness of their rights and obligations under the Law on Consumer Protection, available protection mechanisms, and the provision of concrete recommendations on how to improve the legislative framework and ensure more efficient and effective consumer protection mechanisms.

We believe that together we can enhance the level of consumer rights protection, and we thank you in advance for taking the time to complete the questionnaire.
