Protection and Promotion of Human Rights in the Focus of the MASTER Team
Yesterday, the MASTER team participated in the NGO Fair at Independence Square in Podgorica, bringing together organizations dedicated to the protection and promotion of human rights, with the aim of raising awareness about the importance of human rights and their protection.
The event, which gathered 15 non-governmental organizations, aimed to educate citizens about human rights and their protection, promote the work of organizations active in this field, foster networking and the exchange of experiences among various stakeholders, and encourage dialogue and cooperation within civil society.
Our organization took part in the fair to promote our projects and initiatives related to human rights. At our stand, visitors had the opportunity to learn more about the projects we implement in the field of human rights education, and we also distributed educational materials we developed, including brochures, guides, and other promotional content.
The Executive Director of the Network for European Policies – MASTER, Andrea Popović, used the opportunity to present the project “I Have the Right”:
“Our project is dedicated to informing and educating young people about human rights, so that they can actively advocate for the realization of their rights in public,” Popović stated.
Popović also emphasized that MASTER implements numerous projects in the field of human rights.
“Citizens who visit our stand can explore materials developed through these projects, including guides, publications, and other resources. We will continue to promote these materials through our activities, and all citizens are welcome to visit our social media channels to stay informed about our work,” she added.
A key message of the fair is that human rights and their respect require daily commitment. MASTER will continue to contribute to the promotion and protection of human rights through its projects and similar important activities, in cooperation with all relevant stakeholders.
