Guide “Your MASTER Step Towards the EU” Published – A New Tool for Youth on the Path to European Opportunities
The Network for European Policies – MASTER is pleased to present the new Guide “Your MASTER Step Towards the EU”, intended for young people, civil society organizations, and local stakeholders who want to clearly and practically understand the European integration process and the opportunities that the European Union offers to Montenegro.
The guide was developed within the framework of the project of the same name, with the support of the Ministry of European Affairs. It was designed as a response to the expressed need of young people for clear, accurate, and practical information about the EU, its funds, and programs available prior to membership.
The publication explains in one place:
● how the EU accession process works and the structure of negotiation chapters,
● how the European Union is financed and how EU funds are used,
● what concrete opportunities are available to Montenegro through IPA III and other programs,
● how young people, organizations, and institutions can find calls and apply for projects,
● what opportunities exist in the fields of education, employment, mobility, and entrepreneurship.
A special focus is placed on young people—their needs, employability, participation in exchange programs, trainings, grant schemes, and cross-border cooperation. The guide also offers practical advice, step-by-step explanations, and a broader context explaining why European integration is important for the everyday lives of citizens.
This guide is not just an informative publication, but a tool aimed at empowering young people to recognize opportunities, engage in European programs, and actively participate in the development of their communities.
